Assessor's Bulletin Board
The Assessor’s Department has been advised that non-governmental agencies are contacting new homeowners, requesting a fee of approximately $100.00, in exchange for of a copy of their deed. This is NOT mandated, nor necessary. Purchaser’s attorneys typically include the deed in the closing documents. If by chance, your attorney did not include the deed, you may file a FOIL request with the Town Clerk, and our office will be happy to email you a copy your deed at no charge. We welcome you to the Town of Patterson!
